Ginger Oil Uses

 

 


Ginger Cranberry Relish

1- 12 oz. package cranberries
1- 8oz can shredded pineapple in juice
1- cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup golden seedless raisins
1 TBLS local honey
1 tsp salt
1 drop Twilight Cinnamon Oil
2 or 3 drops Twilight Essential Oil of Ginger

In 5qrt dutch oven or saudepot over med/high heat add the cranberries and pineapple.


heat until the cranberries begin to burst.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the essential oils 

Bring to boil

reduce to heat to a simmer

Add the essential oils of Ginger & Cinnimon

Simmer for about 15 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.

Makes about 3 cups

Approximately 120 Calories per 1/4 cup
