The simple act of lighting a candle sends a message to the brain that something special is about to happen. The body prepares itself for celebration or a peaceful space.
- Scent your Mini-Meditation Candle with an essential oil. Just add a couple of drops to a cotton ball and apply the oil to the length of the candle. Place the mini candle in a holder in a safe place.
- Take 3 long slow cleansing breaths to assist you in calming the parasympathetic nervous system.
- Light the candle and recite the prayer.
- Meditate on the beauty of the Full Moon with gratitude and peace in your heart
- Release the gratitude into the air around you.
