There are many different ways to pray and send energy healing. I have found that Intercessory Gratitude is very helpful for those in need of support, healing, understanding and love.
The simple act of holding the emotions of healing assistance in our heart and body while we hand-write 10 things we are grateful for about the recipient of our focus can help shift their situation.

Week 15 Prayer & Energy Healing Requests
Green represents the Heart Chakra. The heart is now being researched for its capacity to think and communicate just as the Brain. The heart is believed by many holistic wellness practitioners to generate a frequency incomparable to any other that the body produces.
