Some of us who have been handwriting our "gratitudes" for a long time, and even beginners, sometimes have difficulty thinking of new topics to be grateful for. The writing prompts help you overcome this block and calms your mind.
This challenge encourages you to add depth to your gratitude practice using a few simple strategies.

Make Your Journals Special
Buy a beautiful journal that you love. Writing in a gorgeous book speaks to you on a cellular level. If you are artsy crafty you may want to make your own lovely journal or adorn a spiral bound composition booklet. Whatever you decide make sure it makes you happy to pick it up.
This may not sound important right now. But the the simple strategy of writing in a journal that is special to you tells your subconscious mind that you are exceptional.
Build The energy of Your Sacred Space
Develop a routine of writing in the same location and at the same time if possible. The location can be your favorite comfy chair or even sitting on the floor. Keep this simple so you do not get overwhelmed. This helps you begin a ritual that will increase in positive vibes. Once this is well established you may want to add a few magical enhancements to your routine such as crystals and essential oils.
Remind Yourself That You Are Amazing!
When you finish this challenge buy a beautiful journal that you love. Writing in a gorgeous book speaks to you on a cellular level. This simple strategy is you telling yourself that you are special. And be sure to put yourself on your list of "gratitudes". How about: " I am grateful that I am amazing!".
