One of the quickest and easiest ways to raise your vibes is to simply smile. That tiny little smile, that may feel like a grimace at first, releases an avalanche of physiological reactions that occur within your body.
I refer to episodes of experiencing harsh self-talk, worry or stress, "Thought Storms." Thought storms wreaks havoc on your physical and mental well-being. When you find yourself in the middle of self-deprecating talk or a general feeling of doubt or aggravation, pause and smile.
